What is 'Dolsot'?
Dolsot(kor.돌솥) is Korean traditional stone bowl.
Our restaurant has been using special bowls. These bowls are made from a stone named 'Gob' which is found only from the area names, 'Jangsu' in South Korean. Heated stone bowl keeps food warm and it produces minerals that help reduce the destruction of nutrients and also improves the taste of the foods.
How to properly eat Bibimbap?
1. Putting every ingredient into a bowl with sauce.
2. Well mixing everything in the bowl with chopsticks.
3. Enjoy it!
